The consolidated Roughrider Electric Cooperative board of directors started with 12 directors. At the 2008 annual membership meeting, there was no election of directors. In 2009, ballots were cast by the membership to determine term rotation. The first election was held in 2010. Directors' 3 year term expiration is listed below. The annual membership meeting is scheduled to be held on the first Wednesday of June. |
