If you have electric heat as your primary heat source, you are eligable to receive a credit, applied October through April.
Please check the breakers on any and all heat or sub meters to ensure the meters are working. The meter’s display should not be blank. If your breakers are on and there is no display on the meter, please contact us at 800-748-5533. Your electric heat credit may not apply to future billings if you have a non-functioning heat meter.
