Emergency Dispatch
During normal business hours you can contact Roughrider employees at our offices in Hazen and Dickinson. After hours the same phone numbers are used to reach us, however, an employee of Basin Electric Power Cooperative in Bismarck answers the call. Basin operates our after hours dispatch service for Roughrider Electric. When a call comes in to them they will in turn contact one of our service people.
